The fruit of the Spirit is just that… It’s the fruit of the Spirit that dwells within me. It isn’t something I manufacture in my flesh… My role is to yield to the Spirit’s influence. From that…. love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control result. It seems that the Fruit of the Spirit is present in direct proportion to my submission to the Spirit’s influence. “So then, you will know them by their fruits.”
